WARRANTY & GOODS RETURN POLICY
CLEARBORE stands by its quality and backs the products it sells. Your satisfaction, peace of mind and a mutually rewarding relationship is of the utmost importance to us.
All product/s must be used for their intended purposes, within the manufacturer’s guidelines and not used in conjunction with any other product. If you are not satisfied with the performance of any of our products, please contact us to discuss your situation.
CLEARBORE products contain organically derived acidic ingredients and care must be taken when handling or using them, including use of appropriate PPE. We will not be held liable for any damage or discolouration of any surfaces as a result of using our products. Care should be taken to ensure products are used appropriately and in accordance with their included instructions.
All claims must be made within (12) months of the original purchase date and proof of purchase will be required.
We will not allow returning of goods if you’ve simply changed your mind or no longer require them.
Goods may be returned if you’ve made a mistake with your order, however, all freight and packaging costs will be your responsibility.
All goods must be returned in unused, unopened and brand-new condition and be in a good re-saleable condition. The product and packaging must not be modified or altered in any way.
Freight and packaging costs are not refundable, neither are insurance or any other costs incurred by CLEARBORE.
Merchant fees will be deducted from all returns.
The CLEARBORE sales department must be contacted prior to any goods being returned by telephone or email.
No refunds will be issued until returned goods have been received by CLEARBORE and inspected accordingly.
Refunds will be issued within 24 hours of items being received, inspected and approved unless otherwise stated and agreed upon by the parties. Funds may take up to (3) business days for processing and settlement as per banking terms, conditions and guidelines.
